What experience we expect

Experience in the field of CPA/Affiliate Marketing and understanding of push/popunder market
Management skills in sales areas: cold sales, accounting, support. Understanding key metrics, problems and their solutions
Experience in strategy formation for the commercial department
Skills in automation and development of processes within the department
Ability to deal with conflict situations and find compromises
Analytical mindset and developed critical thinking
High level of self-organization
Ability to find new and innovative solutions
Willingness to join the team at the stage of development and implementation of changes

Responsibilities

Defining strategic goals: Developing long-term and short-term business goals of the company in accordance with its mission and vision.
Market analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, growth opportunities and the competitive landscape.
Planning: Developing detailed plans to achieve set commercial goals, including strategies for entering new markets, expanding the range of products or services.

Commercial Strategy Development

Organization of the work of sales, accounting and marketing departments: Ensuring their interaction to achieve the company’s commercial goals
Development of policies and standards for working with clients: Identifying tools and recommendations for clients for maximizing profit and competitiveness in the market.
Key Account Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to increase sales volumes.

Sales, Marketing and Account Management

Budgeting: Development and control of budget execution of sales and marketing departments.
Financial Analysis: Analysis of financial indicators to assess the effectiveness of commercial strategies and quickly adjust plans

Financial Planning and Analysis

Risk analysis: Identification of potential commercial risks and development of strategies to minimize them.
Monitoring: Constant monitoring of the market situation and internal processes for a timely response to changes.

Risk Management

Developing and maintaining a high-performing commercial team through leadership, training and motivation.
Creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
