What experience we expect

Commercial experience on a tester position from 1.5 years in a product company
Experience in working in advertising network companies or similar systems
Skill in estimating task testing time
Creating the necessary test documentation (checklists, verification descriptions, reports)
Ability to work with tools like (devtools, postman / swagger, dbeaver or others, mobile device emulators or browserstack, vpn, charles or others)
Direct manual testing, desire to develop in automation
Interaction with technical support, assistance in resolving user issues

It will be an advantage:

Experience with high-load applications
Experience with RTB auction product

Responsibilities

Product Testing Planning (test analysis, test plan by features)
Maintaining necessary and sufficient test documentation (checklists, verification descriptions, defects found)
Interaction with IT department to design, launch, maintain and optimize test environments
Interaction with technical support to collect information on detected errors in product environments
Conducting direct manual functional testing of company products (dev and prod environments)
Conducting weekly/monthly tests of company products
Localization and detection of emerging errors in the production environment

How we work

We use manual testing and plan to implement automated tests
The products are now at the stage where they work and bring in money, but can work better and scale
Each tester is assigned to 1-3 products and is part of the product’s project team
During the adaptation period, the current tester involved in the project and the QA lead will help you to join the tasks
Matrix management structure — tasks for testers come horizontally from the development team. Vertically — QA-lead determines quality standards and manages resources
Every quarter we set goals according to the OKR system and financially reward teams that achieve high results
Great prospects for development (we develop individual development plans and competency matrix within the team)
Very simple workflow (we do not use complex TMS)
