Support-QA Engineer / 2nd Line Support Specialist

What experience we expect

Experience in technical support from 2 years or in testing from 1 year
Experience in writing simple and medium-complexity queries in a DBMS
Experience in creating the necessary documentation
Experience of interaction with technical support, assistance in resolving user issues
Mathematical mindset (desire to work with numbers, data, not being afraid of formulas, etc.)
High communication skills and responsibility for results

It will be an advantage

Experience in the sphere of advertising networks and other similar areas

Responsibilities

Diagnose problems coming from users, sort them out and transfer to the team to fix
Analyze the causes of the problem and transfer it to the project team to fix
Maintaining necessary and sufficient documentation of requests
Interaction with the main trackers (Keitaro, Binom, etc.) to integrate postbacks
Interaction with Accounting Department (Advertisers) to collect information on detected errors in product environments
Conducting direct manual tests of new functionality

How we work

We use manual testing and plan to implement automated tests
The products are now at the stage where they work and bring in money, but can work better and scale
During the adaptation period, the current tester involved in the project and the QA lead will help you to join the tasks
Matrix management structure — tasks for testers come horizontally from the development team. Vertically — QA-lead determines quality standards and manages resources
Every quarter we set goals according to the OKR system and financially reward teams that achieve high results
Great prospects for development (we develop individual development plans and competency matrix within the team)
Very simple workflow (we do not use complex TMS)
